There are many paths to 

trust-building


Together, we'll:

Understand and attend to your protective patterns.

Build self- and relational intimacy.

Discover new ways of being.

Maybe you logically understand your pain: things weren't always perfect at home, you 

you get that mom went through some painful stuff as a kid, and

your caregivers were under-resourced, wounded by , 

the world is kinda fucked.


You even have compassion for her and the child she was.

Yet, the pain still exists. The patterns still exist. You watch the painful patterns play out, painfully aware that they're happening, wishing them away, accepting a life of struggle, wanting so badly for them to change but no idea how to change them.

Some parts of us understand through symbol, image, and embodiment.

  • - Preparation (Intention setting, logistics) & Integration Sessions


Embedded in the context of ongoing work together, ...

After a number of regular sessions together, you may opt into a session utilizing altered states.
